Advanced Materials. Purpose-Built Design.
Our nozzles are manufactured using ultra-dense, binderless tungsten carbide, often described as tungsten carbide on steroids, engineered for extreme wear resistance. Combined with optimized venturi geometry and precision manufacturing, this results in nozzles that outperform conventional alternatives in both lifespan and productivity.
Every Cerbide nozzle is designed to deliver:

Higher abrasive velocity

More consistent blast patterns

Longer service life

Lower long-term operating costs

Engineered to Outlast the Job
We believe abrasive blasting equipment should work harder than the environments it’s used in. That belief drives every decision we make — from material selection to internal geometry and manufacturing tolerances.
Cerbide was founded on a simple principle: build nozzles that last longer, perform more consistently, and reduce downtime. Not through marketing claims, but through engineering, testing, and real-world validation.
Our Material
Our material: Cedrbrite material is a binderless Tungsten Carbide that offers superior wear and corrosion resistance and improved diamond coating adhesion. Our patented materials give you a cost-effective alternative to standard CVD at a superior price vs. performance ratio.
Our Facility
Cerbide is located in Gulfport, Mississippi, housed in a 35,000 sq. ft. building. We utilize a variety of forming processes, including mechanical pressing, extrusion, injection molding, plus wet and dry bag isostatic pressing. Downstream processes include dewax/sinter furnaces, high-pressure Hot Isostatic Presses, and multiple grinding cells.
